Once you login to the portal, and click the Check In button:
· System will record the date and time of check in to the school system.
· Display teacher's last check in time on Dashboard.
· Check In button will replace with Check Out button.
When teacher click the checkout button:
· System will record the date and time of check out to the school system.
· Display teacher's last check out time on Dashboard.
· Check Out button will replace with Check In button.·
- Within same date, if teacher clicks check in and logout from portal (either because of session expire or by clicking logout) without clicking check out and then login again system will still display Check out button on portal.
- If teacher does not check out from the system and date is changed, system will record the blank entry for previous day check out.
- If check in and check out timings are not recorded for a particular day then system will record a blank entry and it will consider as teacher is absent on that day. (Admin can manually enter the check in/ out timings from admin portal screen.)
