To check the attendance list through teacher's portal, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Go to Academics on the left hand side
Select the academic session
Select the grade
Click on search
- Click on the attendance button of the subject that the admin wants to check
Once the teacher has clicked on Attendance,
A list of the attendance of the current week will appear at the bottom of the page
The analysis of the attendance for the academic session can be seen at the top of the screen.
If the teacher wants to see the attendance of a specific date, they can do so by selecting the Date from the search menu and click on search.
If the teacher clicks on the following buttons, all of the attendance records would be transferred in an Excel file or copied to the clipboard if required. You will be able to get a printout of it and hand it to your teachers to mark attendance separately or use it according to your requirements.
