In order to send customized SMS to program registrations through Programs module. SMS service setup is required in the system prior to sending the messages.
Prerequisites to use this feature are:
1. Twilio integration:
Kindly follow steps for Twilio integration as guided in following article:
2. Allow SMS option should be enabled in Programs > Settings screen
Send SMS to all Program registrants:
- Go to Program
- Click on Registrations on your required Program
- Select the required record(s)
- Click on SMS icon
- Enter SMS content
- Click Send (SMS will be sent to the selected registration records)
