Admin can copy all successful donation emails and declined notifications to any email address they want.
- Go to Settings
- Receipt Settings
- Update email address in ‘CC Email Address’ for All Donation Emails
- Also update email address in ‘CC Email Address’ for All Declined Transactions Emails.
- Click on “SAVE”
Important: For copying declined transaction emails, please make sure you have setup Declined notifications for your donors. Please refer to below mentioned article.
- The declined notification is only sent in case the recurring transaction is failed.
- Declined notification is generated only if email address is present for the donor.
- Declined notification is generated for only Credit Card transactions.
