To send login details to parents, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1:
Go to Users > Parents
Enter Parent name and hit search button
Click on send credentials email
With this click, confirmation message will appear "Are you sure to send credentials email to parent? This will change the password and send login details to the parent." Click on YES, it will send updated login details to the selected parent.
Step 2:
If there is a need to send login details to all the parents at once, follow the same process, Users > Parents and hit the "Send login details to all parents" button, confirmation window will appear. To get confirmation click YES to send login details to all the parents in one click.
Confirmation message will appear on screen.
