If KIOSK version 10.0 is needed to be rolled back to the stable version 9.0 please follow below steps:

1- Go to KIOSK settings by double tapping on the logo displayed on top left
2- Tap on KIOSK settings
3- tap on " Restore Stable Version" at the end
