Go to Donations
Click on $ Donate button
Search for Donor
Click on “Next”
Select Payment Method (Cash/Check/Credit Card/ACH)
Select Date
Enter Amount
Click on “Donate”
Once donate button is clicked, prompt is displayed as:
Donor transaction when it is updated successfully, they will be listing with Status “Approved”:
Note:
1- The checks are automatically processed and deposited in the bank account if Forte is used as a payment gateway. However in case of PayPal Pro, checks have to be physically deposited in the bank and entered in the system for the record keeping purpose.
2- The check transactions appear in Settling state initially and once the processing is completed successfully by Forte, the status automatically changes to Approved.
