DEACTIVATE PARENT's RECORD: 

In order to deactivate parent(s) record, please follow the steps mentioned below: 

-Go to Users > Parents.
-Select Parent from the list and hit search button.
-Click Deactivate Parent icon, present under action column.  





- Confirmation message will popup, click OK in order to deactivate selected parent. 
- Parent record will be deactivated. 
- To view deactivated parent(s) change "Status"  to "Inactive and hit search button.

- Inactive(Deactivated) Parent(s) records will appear as below. 


ACTIVATE PARENT's RECORD
In order to activate parent(s) record, please follow the steps mentioned below:

-Go to Users > Parents.
-Select Parent from the list.
-Select Status "Inactive" and hit search button.
-Click "Activate Parent" icon, present under action column. 



-Confirmation message will popup, Click on OK in-order to activate parent. 





Note:

Export Button
There is an export button on the extreme right. By clicking on it all the records are transferred to an Excel file, you can take a printout of it and use it as per your requirement.
