To add/update attendance from Admin, please follow the steps mentioned below:



1.    Go to Dashboard > Student Activities > Attendance. Add Attendance screen will appear successfully.

{Please note that while adding a grade only those days which you will select in the "offering days" option the same days will appear on add attendance screen while adding/viewing attendance for all the students enrolled in that grade}

  • Select Grade
  • Select Date for which you want to add attendance 


2.    On Grade selection, all students that are enrolled in that course will list down so that the teacher can mark attendance against each student.





3.    To check Holidays, there is a switch called ‘Show Holidays’.









Note:  Implement Dynamic Statuses for attendance:
User can add custom fields for required statuses for attendance on Admin portal, these fields will display on admin/teacher portal attendance screen to mark attendance accordingly.   

In order to make these settings. Go to Settings > General Settings > Attendance Settings > Add Row > Enter required information and click Save. 







How to mark all Students as Present 
In order to mark all students as present please follow the steps mentioned below.
"Mark All as Present" is an option provided on Student activities > Attendance > Add Attendance  for Admin/Teacher Portal. Teacher will select it to mark attendance of all students as present, and after that user can change the attendance of individual students to any status as required.


Reset Button:
Clicking on Reset button will undo the changes in attendance if you have made any.


Note:

Export Button
There is an export button on the extreme right. By clicking on it all the records are transferred to an Excel file, you can take a printout of it and use it as per your requirement.
