In order to fulfill subject requirements to add assignment in the system, when there is no subject available for the grade. Please follow the steps mentioned below.

Step: 1  - Add Subject 

- Go to Admissions > Add Grade 

1. Add grade level, sub level and add all other required information on add grade screen.

2. Select teacher from the teacher drop-down.

3. Click on "Save & Add Subject" button, it will open a "Add/Edit Subject" popup screen to add subject. 

4. Select grade from the drop-down.

5. Your associated teacher(s) will appear automatically in teacher's field.

6. Add subject name "same as your grade name" as you do not have any subject for this grade. So to avoid any confusion, enter grade name as a subject.

7. Click on "Save"  

Subject is added in this grade with the selected teacher associated.

Export Button
There is an export button on the extreme right. By clicking on it all the records are transferred to an Excel file, you can take a printout of it and use it as per your requirement.
