1- Please follow the steps mentioned below to setup email notification to donors for declined transactions:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select “Receipt settings”
  3. Check the checkbox for "Allow Send Declined Transaction Email"
  4. Click Save button

  1. Go to Settings
  2. From Module Settings select “Email”
  3. From “General Email Templates” update email template for "Recurring Transaction Declined"
  4. Click on “Save”















2- Please follow the steps mentioned below to copy admin to the email notification for declined transactions:


  1. Go to Settings
  2. Receipt Settings
  3. Enter the email address in the field "CC Email Address (All Declined Transactions Emails are CC to this Email Address)"
  4. Click Save button

Note:
- Declined notification is generated only if email address is present for the donor.
- Declined notification is generated for only Credit Card transactions.
- The declined notification is only sent in case the recurring transaction is failed.
