Please make sure that your email template for renewal reminder is updated as per your requirement. You can update the renewal reminder from screen Settings > Email > Membership Email Template > Membership Renewal Reminder
- Go to Memberships.
- Click on Memberships for the membership type.
- You can either select individual records as required OR select all the records.
- Then click on Send Renewal Reminder icon.
