KIOSK should be upgraded to version 7 (at least 7.3_22) to change position of Floating back button
Follow the instructions to upgrade KIOSK first if your KIOSK is on version 6
How to Upgrade KIOSK
- Go to KIOSK menu by double tapping top left icon
- Click KIOSK Settings
- Click Update Floating Back Button
- Once installation is completed , the position of Floating Back Button will shift up
