1. Go to Financial Management>Chart Of Accounts>Add Account. Select Account Head as Assets, Account Type as Current Assets, and Account Sub Type as Checking Account. Add as many bank as you like and then follow the below steps.
2. Go to Settings > Account Association, scroll down to the bottom and add bank(s). You don't have to add bank routing or bank account number.
3. In the same account association page, select the right bank for all the Income account i.e. donation categories. This will map bank accounts with respective category.
4. Go to Settings > Payment Gateway (If you setup more physical bank accounts with Forte)
You will see the bank information that you entered for the bank you setup with Forte. Add more bank(s) by selecting the bank name from drop down and enter the credential provided by Forte. This will guide forte where to deposit the funds.
